Cincau Ice (Black Grass Jelly Ice)
Ingredients
- 200 g black grass jelly (you can find in supermarket, made from special grass) cut into dice,
- 100 grams kolang kaling (also can find it in supermarket, white-transparent fruit)
- 50 grams jackfruit, cut into dice
- 200 g brown sugar
- 400 ml of water
- 750 ml of coconut milk (santan)
- 4 tbsp mocha syrup
- Ice cubes
How to make
- Boil brown sugar and water until late. Lift, and then mixed with mocha syrup, stir.
- Cook the coconut milk in a separate place , stir. Lift it when it has boiled.
- Mix the brown sugar with santan (coconut milk) and add all the ingredients grass jelly, kolang kaling and jackfruit. Add ice cubes.
- Served cold.
