Cincau Ice (Black Grass Jelly Ice)


Ingredients

  • 200 g black grass jelly (you can find in supermarket, made from special grass) cut into dice,
  • 100 grams kolang kaling (also can find it in supermarket, white-transparent fruit)
  • 50 grams jackfruit, cut into dice
  • 200 g brown sugar
  • 400 ml of water
  • 750 ml of coconut milk (santan)
  • 4 tbsp mocha syrup
  • Ice cubes

How to make

  1. Boil brown sugar and water until late. Lift, and then mixed with mocha syrup, stir.
  2. Cook the coconut milk in a separate place , stir. Lift it when it has boiled.
  3. Mix the brown sugar with santan (coconut milk) and add all the ingredients grass jelly, kolang kaling and jackfruit. Add ice cubes.
  4. Served cold.
